We help restoration and home service companies get more high-value jobs by building referral partner pipelines for them.

The offer converts. We already average 18+ closed deals/month from paid ads and are now building a cold calling pod to scale to 25–30+ new deals/month.

We don't need "idea people." We need killers who like the phone.

The Role

Position: Remote B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
Type: Commission-only (1099)
Location: Remote · North American hours

You will:

  • Make 80–100+ outbound calls/day to a provided list of restoration & home service businesses
  • Have real conversations with owners/decision makers
  • Book 2+ qualified sales appointments/day for our closers
  • Follow proven scripts and improve them over time
  • Log all activity and notes in our system

You are not responsible for closing the deal. Your job is to start conversations and set quality meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong spoken English
  • Experience with outbound calling, telesales, or call center work (B2B preferred)
  • Comfortable taking rejection and staying on the phone all day
  • Stable internet, quiet workspace, decent headset

Most importantly: you are hungry for performance-based income.

Compensation

  • • Commission on every closed deal that came from your appointments
  • • Realistic OTE once ramped: $4,000–$6,000+ USD/month
